Liberty Enlightening the World aka Statue of Liberty

So on this day we decided to go to see the Statue of Liberty, just because that's what you're meant to go when you go to NYC.

There is a Liberty ferry that drives around the island and costs money. Alternatively you can get the free Staten Island ferry which goes past. And then get the return trip back. Supposedly the ferry use to cost one quarter but it was too much effort to collect the money and so it was made free. And the government is trying to encourage people to live on Staten Island (the Ipswich/Sarina of NYC).

The boat was big and fun and had a cafe on it.
